Management of logistics chain in the selected company

This Bachelor thesis was created based on the needs of Rode&Swarz závod Vimperk s.r.o. The aim was to determine the causes accumulation of packaging materials in stock. This thesis is an analysis of the ordering process of packing material. In the introduction is the reader familiar with the theoretical essence of logistics management. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes logistic management of the company. The second part deals with the analysis process. The output is a set of remedial measures.
